Dashboard: Page Views by Tools

Description: The Page Views by Tools Dashboard combines the Page Views By Tools vertical bar chart with the Course Content Utilization report. Clicking a bar in the chart to select an activity (tool) type filters the report to only activities of that type.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructor: Can use report to see a list of learner participation in each activity by activity type showing which activities learners are visiting most, spending most time on, and viewing over the longest period of time, to see which activities students are focusing on the most.

Academic Administrator: Can use report to see a list of learner participation in each activity by activity type showing which types of activities learners and instructors are visiting most, spending most time on, and viewing over the longest period of time, to see which activities students and teachers are focusing on the most.

Horizontal Axis: Activity Type
Vertical Axis: Number of visits to activity

These fields update based on filters in place.

Total Courses: Total number of courses in the report

Total Users: Total number of users in the report

Total Activities: Total number of activities in the report
