InForm enables users to import 3rd party information to supplement and support their LMS data that doesn’t automatically or already live in the LMS. It does not integrate the information into your LMS, but lives on IntelliBoard to incorporate into reports and other datasets. InForm is the first option in the “Apps” drop down menu.

InForm General Process

  1. Create an InForm Table either manually or importing a file.

  2. Create an InForm Form. (This is an automatic step, but you may create your own.)

  3. Create a Dashboard or Report to review the entered data. (optional)

Inform data you enter in IntelliBoard Pro won’t be available inside the LMS system; it will only be visible inside your reporting tool on IntelliBoard.

In some cases, you may have two connections for IntelliBoard Pro. You should first select the LMS connection where you’ll add a table. That means the data from the table will be available only for this exact connection. If you wish to have certain data on both connections, you’ll need to repeat the process for the second connection.
