Enabling Account Assumption

Account Assumption allows the Client Success team to access your IntelliBoard account to troubleshoot an identified issue. IntelliBoard does not have access to your account unless Account Assumption is enabled.

To enable Account Assumption on your IntelliBoard Pro account:

  1. Login to your IntelliBoard Pro account and click on your Avatar to display a drop down menu.

  2. Select “Manage Your IntelliBoard Account”

  3. Scroll down to the “Security Settings” blue box and click the Edit Icon

  4. Scroll down to “Account Assumption” and check the box next to “Enable Account Assumption”

  5. A drop down menu will appear to select “Duration of Account Access.”

  6. Select the duration and click “Save.”
