Activating and Deactivating Native LMS Tables (Dynamic Tables)

IntelliBoard can utilize Native LMS tables (formerly Dynamic Tables) in building custom reports/dashboards. Currently, Native LMS Tables are supported for Moodle Based LMS (MWP, Totara, Open LMS Work) and Canvas. Native LMS tables can be activated in the initial integration with your LMS process.

To activate or deactivate Native LMS Tables with an already established connection:

  1. Login to your IntelliBoard Pro account and click on your Avatar to display a drop down menu.

  2. Select “Manage Connections”

  3. Click the three dots below the “Actions” column next to the connection you wish to edit, and select “Edit”

  4. Check the box next to “Dynamic Tables(Native LMS tables specific to a certain LMS that are not included in IntelliBoard Unified Tables” to activate or uncheck the box to deactivate.
