Dashboard: Engagement

Description: This dashboard combines line charts showing visits per participant and time spent per participant with the Engagement Detail by Date report. It can be filtered by Categories/Courses, dates of activity, and role.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructors: Can use the Engagement Dashboard track student engagement, identify who is participating actively, and who might need additional support. Additionally, they can analyze time spent and visits per participant to determine the effectiveness of the course materials and assignments.

Visits per Week

This chart shows the number of visits by each participant per week in the selected course(s). It can be filtered to show a specific range of weeks and by role.

Horizontal Axis: Weeks

Vertical Axis: Number of Visits

Sort By: Week or Sum(User Tracking by Day Visits)

Filters:

Filters report to show only a specific course or courses. Ex. Selecting “Accounting” will only show information from the Accounting course.

Filters report to show results by Date visited. It can set to an exact date, date range, before a specific date, or after a specific date

Filters report by role(s) (i.e.: Learner, Instructor, Manger, etc.).

Time Spent per Week

This chart shows the total time spent by each participant per week in the selected course(s). It can be filtered to show a specific range of weeks and by role.

Filters:

This report shows user visits and time spent per course and can be filtered by category/course, by date and by role. The average visits and time spent for all selected users are provided for comparison.
