IntelliCart Certifications allow users to complete selected products and their courses to get some certificates.

To create an IntelliCart Certification:

  1. Choose IntelliCart and click on Certifications tab. 

  2. In the top right corner of the tab, click on Create New.

  3. Write the certification

  1. Name - Name your certification as you wish to make it more specific for your audience.
    NOTE: This field is required.

  2. Start time - Enable start time to select the date when the certification can start to be issued.

  3. End time - Enable end time to select the date when the certification will no longer be available for issuing.

  4. Expiration - Select the expiration type of certification.

    • Specific Date - the certification will become expired on the selected date and time (could be selected right under the drop-down.
      I.e., you set up the certification to become expired on January 1, 2021 at 00:00. In this case doesn't matter when user issued a certification, this will be expired on the mentioned date above.

    • After Assign - the certification will become expired after the selected number of days/weeks/months/years (could be selected on the right hand side to the drop-down).
      I.e., you set up the certification to become expired in a year after issuing. The user was granted within a certification on April 5, 2021. So this will become expired for the user on April 5, 2022.

    • Never - the certification will have never become expired.

  5. Credits - Enter the number of credits user will get when issue a certification.

  6. Type - Select the type of certification.
    NOTE: This requires a product completion for certification. Read HERE how to complete the product.

    • All Products - the user will issue a certification only when all of the assigned to the certification products are completed.
      I.e., 3 products are assigned to the certification. The user will issue a certification only when complete all 3 products.

    • Any Product - the user will issue a certification when at least one of the assigned to the certification products is completed.
      I.e., 3 products are assigned to the certification. The user will issue a certification even if he completes at least 1 of 3 products.

    • Condition - add the minimum/maximum number of products that should be completed for issuing a certification.
      I.e., setting up the certification as in the example below will allow user to issue that, if he completes from 2 to 5 products assigned to this certification.

       

  7. Minimum number - Add the minimum number of products that must be in the completed for issuing a certification.
    NOTE: Select "Condition" certification type from the drop-down above to enable this field.

  8. Maximum number - Add the maximum number of products that must be in the completed for issuing a certification.
    NOTE: Select "Condition" certification type from the drop-down above to enable this field.

  9. Description - Add the certification description to make it more specific for your audience.

  10. Image - Add an image that will be displayed on the certification's page.
    NOTE: This is not an actual certificate user could issue within a certification.

  11. Status - Choose whether the certification is visible or hidden.

Recertification Information:

  1. Recertification - Select whether users will be required to be certified again or not.

  2. Recertification Start - Add the time when users have to be recertified again.

Certification Features Overview

  1. Status filter - Filter your certifications by their status (active/inactive).

  2. Search - Search certifications by their names.

  3. Certificates - Manage certificates for your certifications if needed. Read more about Certificates HERE.
    NOTE: Find how to assign certificates to certifications below.

  4. Name - Certification name as entered.
    NOTE: If you click on the certification name, you'll be redirected to this certification in the products catalog.

  5. Start Time - Certification start time (when the certification can start to be issued) as entered.

  6. End Time - Certification end time (when the certification will no longer be available for issuing) as entered.

  7. Credits - Certification credits as entered.

  8. Applied - The number of times the certification was issued by users.

  9. Created - The date when certification was created.

  10. Status - The current status of the certification.

  11. Edit - Edit your certification.

  12. Delete - Delete your certification.

  13. Status - Choose whether the certification is visible or hidden.

  14. Assign Products - Assign Products to the selected certification to define what should be completed for its' issuing. Click HERE to read more about Products and how to define what product course(s) should be completed to mark the full product as completed.

  15. Assign Vendors - Assign Vendors to the selected certification. Read more about Vendors HERE.
    I.e., if you assign Acme Corp vendor to the certification, only users from this vendor will be available to issue this certification.
    NOTE: If you assign 2 or more vendors, all users are at least in one of these vendors will be available to issue this certification.

  16. Assign Certificates - Assign certificate(s) to the selected certification, so that user will get that after certification. Read more about Certificates HERE.

  17. Assign Users - Assign users to the selected certification to grant them.
    I.e., if you assign Merrigan Black user to the certification, she'll get a this certification without need to completed product(s).

  18. Multiple Actions - Select several certifications and do the same action for them.
