Notifications Settings can be found under the IntelliCart “Settings” tab or under Site Administration, click Plugins, Local Plugin, and IntelliCart. Scroll past “General Settings” to “Notifications.”

Add an email address to this box whom you want to send a copy of the checkout email (an email clients get when their invoice purchasing is approved).

NOTE: Only one email can be added here.

Enable this box so that notification tags that can't be replaced by user/order information will be hidden in the email sent.

Enable this box so that person who has product orders that are waiting for payments will get a notification about it.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Checkout Pending notification.

Add the number of weeks/days/hours/minutes/seconds (it's up to you!) after which a person who has pending products in a cart will get a notification about it.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Checkout Pending notification.

Enable this box so that person who has pending products in a cart will get a notification about it. Message is sent to user only one per Order ID with payment status “in cart” (could be checked on Sales > All Sales page).

NOTE: This works with an IntelliCart Reminders scheduled task that runs every 5 min, so wait In Cart period (see setting below) + 5 min, and then check inbox.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Order In Cart notification.

Enable this box so that clients will get a IntelliCart checkout notification even if product's price was $0.

Enable this box to add a extra action called Send custom notification to Sales > Invoices tab that will allow admins and managers to send customized notifications to users about their orders.

NOTE: User needs to enable this notification under Notifications > Notification Preferences before you send something, if he/she wants to get this right inside LMS as a message.

This setting works in collaboration with session cancellation functionality.

Enable this box so that a notification will be sent to the admin when some user cancels a session.

Enable this box so that a notification will be sent to the user when they cancel a session. This will be sent only to users who’re NOT enrolled into the selected cohort(s) from “Send session cancellation custom notification to users of cohorts“ setting below.

Select cohort(s) so that only users who’re assigned there will get an “IntelliCart session cancellation notification to cohort's user“ email notification when they cancel a session.
