Sessions Overview

Product with Sessions allows you to select and purchase sessions you want to attend.

To buy a session:

  1. From the Products Catalog find a product with sessions (they have Buy Sessions button instead of Add to Cart) 

  2. Click on Buy Sessions button

  3. Select required session by using Sessions Day filter

  4. Click on needed session to expand that and review an additional information

  5. Click on Add to Cart button for the selected session

  6. Buy the session from the cart.

  1. Sessions Day filter - Select the day when the session starts.

  2. Session Name - Session name as entered in LMS system.

  3. Session Time - Session start and end time as entered in LMS system.

  4. Additional Information - Any additional information about the session as entered in custom fields.

  5. Description - Session description as entered in LMS system.

  6. Instructors - Session instructor(s) assigned to the selected session.

  7. Add to Cart button - Add the session to the cart by clicking this button.

Instructors Tab

  1. Search box - Search for the required session instructor by entering his/her First and/or Last Names.

  2. IntelliCart Profile page - Click on the instructor picture to go to the IntelliCart Profile page.

  3. Instructor filter - Click on the instructor box to review sessions where this instructor is teaching.

  4. Instructor Description - Instructor description as entered in the profile in LMS system.

  5. Instructor Interests - Instructor interests as entered in the profile in LMS system.

  6. Sessions Day filter - Select the day when the session starts.

  7. Sessions block - Sessions for selected instructor with filtering by session date (if entered above) will be shown here

To review purchased sessions and attend them:

All purchased IntelliCart sessions will be shown on the Products Catalog under My Sessions tab. Please, find an overview below. NOTE: If you don't have this tab, please, contact with your LMS administration to enable that for you.

  1. Calendar View - Change the calendar view. Will it be monthly, weekly or daily view, it's up to you!

  2. Date Filter - Use navigation arrows to find the required the session you purchased.

  3. Session Purchased - All sessions you purchased or subscribed for within Session Attendance will be shown here. Click on the session to review the information about that.

  4. Session Information - Review the information about date, when the session will be, its' description and checkout information (this will be shown only after session purchasing), etc.

  5. Start Session - Click on this button to join the session.

Session Attendance

Product with Session Attendance allows you to select sessions within the course you want to attend. Sessions are connected to the course and they won't appear on the product details page until you buy that. They will also appear in the IntelliCart Sessions block inside the course after product purchasing. 

IntelliCart Sessions Block Overview

  1. Available (sessions) tab - Click on this tab to review all future sessions.

  2. My (sessions) tab - Click on this tab to review future sessions you subscribed to.

  3. Past (sessions) tab - Click on this tab to review past sessions you subscribed to.

  4. List of Sessions - The list of sessions divided by date they scheduled for (dashed vertical line with dates to the right of sessions).
    NOTE: This list changes depending on the selected tab.

  5. Title - Name of Session.

  6. Time - Time when session was held.

  7. Additional Information - Any additional feild(s) assigned to the session.

  8. Description - Click on this link to read more about the session.

  9. Instructors - Click on this link to review instructor(s) assigned to the session.

  10. Attend button - Click on this button to subscribe for the selected session.
    NOTE: After subscription additional link with Checkout Information will appear (works the same way as Description above). NOTE: This button will be changed to Cancel, so you'll be able to unsubscribe from the selected session, if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions:

There's a limit of sessions that could be visited was set up. Contact with your LMS admin or manager to get more information about limit.

You could attend sessions from the one course only, even if several courses were assigned to the purchased product. It's up to you to select which sessions to attend. Contact with your LMS admin or manager to get more information about limit.
