IntelliCart Custom Invoices allow you to create templates for invoices that will be lately sent to users when they select paying via invoice during checkout.

To create custom invoice:

  1. Choose IntelliCart and click on Sales tab. 

  2. From Sales go to Invoices tab.

  3. In the top right corner of the tab, click on Invoice Templates button.

  4. From Invoice Templates click on Create New button in the top right corner.

  5. Name the Invoice Template

    • 1. Name - Name your  invoice template as you wish. NOTE: This field is required.

    • 2. Status - Choose whether the invoice template is visible or hidden.

    • 3. Save - Save your changes.

  6. Build your invoice template: From Invoice Templates click on newly created Template Name

  7. Create own invoice template by adding new elements and customizing them (find a functionality overview lower) NOTE: All the settings are saved automatically, so there's no Save button.

    1. 1. Add Page - Add new page to the invoice template if needed. Enter page width and height (required) and margins during adding to define the page size.

    2. 2. Page Number - Click on the page number to collapse/expand the overview of that.

    3. 3. Page Overview - The overview of the page on your invoice template. When you add elements, they will be shown on this area. From here you're able to drag-and-drop them. Simple clicking on the element here will show an editing window for this.
      NOTE: A "+" icon won't be shown on the actual invoice.

    4. 4. Edit Page - Click on the gear button for the page to edit its' settings.

    5. 5. Add Element - Select the element type that you will to add to the template.

      • Border - A border of the invoice. The width and font color could be selected for this.

      • Date - The checkout date paid, date created and/or current date of the invoice - you select the type under Date item setting! The user's checkout paid/checkout created/current date will be put here instead of default one on the template. The date format, font, it's size and color, as well as an alignment could be selected, too. If you click on Show more button, you can also enter the element width that will define whether the text be wrapped (for several lines) or not (will leave in one line).

      • Text - Any text you want to be shown on the invoice. Put any text to the corresponding setting. The text font, it's size and color, as well as an alignment could be selected, too. If you click on Show more button, you can also enter the element width that will define whether the text be wrapped (for several lines) or not (will leave in one line).

      • Image - Any image you want to add to the invoice. Upload the image and choose whether you want this picture to become a background or not (the checkbox under the uploading). The image width and height could be selected, too. If you click on Show more button, you can also enter the element Pos X and Y that will define the image's place on the certificate (without need to manually drag-and-drop that).

      • Userfield - Any user profile field you select. The profile field font, it's size and color, as well as an alignment could be selected, too. If you click on Show more button, you can also enter the element width that will define whether the text be wrapped (for several lines) or not (will leave in one line).

      • Userpicture - User profile picture. The image width and height could be selected, too. If you click on Show more button, you can also enter the element Pos X and Y that will define the image's place on the certificate (without need to manually drag-and-drop that).

      • Invoice Data - An invoice ID, status, products table, and other invoice data - you select the type under Data of Invoice (Order) setting! The invoice data will be put here instead of default one on the template. The text font, it's size and color, as well as an alignment could be selected, too. If you click on Show more button, you can also enter the element width that will define whether the text be wrapped (for several lines) or not (will leave in one line).

    6. 6. Elements - Element names that have already been added to the invoice template.

    7. 7. Edit Element - Click on the gear button for the element to edit its' settings.

    8. 8. Delete Element - Delete element from the invoice template if needed.

  8. Assign Default Invoice - Come back to Invoice Templates page.

  9. From Invoice Templates click on Manage Invoices button in the top right corner.

  10. From Manage Invoices click on Create New button in the top right corner.

  11. Select the Default Template (point 1 below), choose its' Status (point 2 below), and Save changes (point 3 below).
    NOTE: If you create several default templates, only an active template that was created the earliest, will be applied for orders.

     

Invoice Template Features Overview

  1. Status filter - Filter invoice templates by their status (active/inactive).

  2. Search - Search invoice templates by their names.

  3. Name - Invoice template name as entered. Clicking the actual name will bring to the template editing page.

  4. Created - The date when template was created.

  5. Status - The current status of the template.

  6. Edit - Edit your template.

  7. Delete - Delete your template.

  8. Status - Choose whether the template is visible or hidden.

  9. Multiple Actions - Select several template and do the same action for them.

Manage Invoices Features Overview

  1. Status filter - Filter invoice assignations by their status (active/inactive).

  2. Search - Search assignations by their names.

  3. Name - Assignations name (created automatically).

  4. Created - The date when assignation was created.

  5. Status - The current status of the assignation.

  6. Preview - Review the default invoice.

  7. Edit - Edit your assignation.

  8. Delete - Delete your assignation.

  9. Status - Choose whether the assignation is visible or hidden.

  10. Multiple Actions - Select several template and do the same action for them.
