Description: This bar chart displays the summary of a learner's enrollments, breaking their course load into at risk or okay courses groupings. The default At-Risk Calculation (Learner has below a course grade at 60) is leveraged.

Roles that may benefit:

Academic Advisors: Can use this chart to focus their support efforts on the courses where learners are most at risk, tailoring their interventions to the areas that need the most attention.

Athletic Coaches: Can use this chart to identify athletes with At-Risk status in courses and compare their performance to peers.

Axes:

Horizontal Axis: Number of Courses - Red Bars are courses the learner is considered “At-Risk,” Green Bars are courses the learner is considered “OK.”

Vertical Axis: Learner Name

Hover Behavior:

When cursor hovers over a learner’s red At-Risk bar, it displays the Learner’s Name, the number of courses the learner is “At-Risk,” and the total number of courses the learner is enrolled.

When cursor hovers over a learner’s green “OK” bar, it displays the Learner’s Name, the number of courses the learner is “OK,” and the total number of courses the learner is enrolled.
