Description: This bar chart displays the summary of a learner's enrollments, breaking their course load into at risk or okay courses groupings. The default At-Risk Calculation (Learner has below a course grade at 72) is leveraged.

Roles that may benefit from this report:

Athletic Coaches: Can use the Athlete At-Risk Courses chart to monitor athletes' academic performance across all courses, enabling timely interventions to help them maintain eligibility and stay on track academically.

Axes:

Horizontal Axis: Learner/Athlete Name.
Red Bars = Courses Learner is “At-Risk.”
Green Bars = Courses Learner is “Ok.”

Vertical Axis: Number of courses

Hover Behavior:

When cursor hovers over a red bar, it displays: Learner Name, Total number of Courses “At-Risk,” and Total number of Courses learner is enrolled.

When cursor hovers over a green bar, it displays: Learner Name, Total number of Courses “Ok,” and Total number of Courses learner is enrolled.

Sort By:

Total Courses Enrolled - displays results to show learners enrolled in the least number of courses from left to right (arrow up) and enrolled in the most number courses from left to right (arrow down)

Number of Courses “At-Risk” - Displays results to show learners “At-Risk” in the least number of courses from left to right (arrow up) and “At-Risk” in the most number of courses from left to right (arrow down).

Number of Courses “Ok” - Displays results to show learners “OK” in the least number of courses from left to right (arrow up) and “OK” in the most number of courses from left to right (arrow down).
