Dashboard: Learner Predictions

Description: This dashboard combines the Prediction per Learner Over Time line chart with the Prediction Outcome: Learners At Risk (Per Enrollment) tabular report. It can be filtered by Category and by Course.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructional Designers: By understanding which learners are at risk of falling behind or failing, instructional designers can tailor learning materials and activities to better meet the needs of diverse learners. They can also use the data to refine course structures and assessments to improve learner outcomes.

Prediction per Learner over Time

This line chart displays the average risk prediction for each learner per week across all enrolled courses. It can be filtered by category and by course.

Horizontal Axis: Prediction Date

Vertical Axis: Average Prediction of Success

Sort By: Prediction Date, Group Concatenate (Course Name), or Average Prediction

Filters:

Prediction Outcome: Learners At Risk (Per Enrollment)

This report contains the most recent predictions from any Predictive Learning Analytics model with one prediction per enrollment, along with course grade, progress, and common predictor values. The report can be filtered by course name and category, by enrollment creation date, and by prediction value.

Header Data:

Learners: Number of learners in the report

Courses: Number of courses in the report

Last prediction made by prediction analytics. If no previous prediction was made, it will return “Undefined Status.”
