Report: Learning Plan Pacing

Description: This report shows the completion status of learning plans, including number of competencies, number successfully achieved, remaining, and pacing against the due date. This report is for Moodle connections only.

Columns in Report:

Name of Learning Plan
Date user was enrolled in the Learning Plan
Date Learning Plan is to be completed by.
Total number of competencies that are completed in the Learning Plan
Total number of competencies that must be completed.
Progress of completion of competency plan. Displays as a bar graph with percentage complete.
Number of days expected for user to complete the learning plan. Only displays if the expected duration is set. If not set, “Not Set” will display.
Days since enrolled in Learning Plan.
Displays if learner is on pace to complete the Learning Plan within the expected duration. Will display “On Pace” or “Off Pace” if expected duration is set. If expected duration is not set, this field will display “Not Set.”

Report Filters:

Filters report to display only results of user with selected Learning Plans. You may select multiple Learning Plans.
Filters report to display only results of users with selected Pacing status such as “On Pace,” “Off Pace,” or “Not Set.” You may select multiple pacing statuses.
