Report: Duplicate SIS IDs

Description:

Identifies duplicate SIS IDs by counting distinct LMS user IDs associated with each SIS ID. It includes a concatenated list of usernames, delimited by a semicolon (;). Sorted by default in descending order of unique users, it helps LMS and SIS admins reconcile user records and resolve ID conflicts. Usernames in the "EMPTY" row lack an SIS ID. Note: This is an SQL report and may not be edited using the Builder.

Roles that may benefit from this report:

LMS Administrators: Can use the Duplicate SIS IDs report to identify SIS ID values associated with multiple unique LMS user IDs, enabling streamlined data management and user account reconciliation.
