Description: The Course Content Utilization report provides a detailed log of users' overall access to content, events, and activities. Critical data includes users' activity-level time spent, first access and last access.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructors: Can use this report to see a list of learner participation in each activity and determine which activities learners are visiting most, spending the most time on, and viewing over the longest period of time. Instructors can also use this report to track engagement of students with different course activities to assess their participation and identify areas for improvement.

Administrators: Can use this report to see learner participation in each activity by activity type and determine which types of activities learners and instructors are visiting most, spending the most time on, and viewing over the longest period of time. Administrators can gain insights into the effectiveness of course content and make data-driven decisions for curriculum improvement.

Header Data:

Total Courses: Shows the total number of unique courses in the report. This number adjusts based on filters used within the report.

Total Users: Shows the total number of unique users in the report. This number adjusts based on filters used within the report.

Total Activities: Shows the total number of activities in the report. This number adjusts based on filters used within the report.

Hidden Columns in Report: (Columns can be shown or hidden by sliding the corresponding toggle in the columns menu.)
