LMS Role Settings
Role filters in LMS play a crucial role in aligning your native LMS roles with IntelliBoard. In essence, you're informing IntelliBoard about the primary types of roles in your LMS, namely Admin, Course Admin, Instructor, and Learner. LMS Role Settings can be configured in the initial LMS Connection process by clicking on the “LMS Roles Settings” tab.
To access Role Settings after setting up an LMS connection:
Login to your IntelliBoard Pro account and click on your Avatar to display a drop down menu.
Select “Manage Connections”
Click the three dots below the “Actions” column next to the connection you wish to edit, and select “Edit”
Click the “LMS Roles Settings” tabs
Review each category and select the corresponding roles. All roles are populated under each section.
