A Placeholder is a dynamic field that automatically populates with user specific information. Each column of information on a report can be used as a placeholder field. Placeholders can be utilized in the subject line or message of a notification. Select “Insert Placeholder” and choose from the drop down menu.

Per best security practice, we are unable to change the email address from which notifications are sent. You can add reply to email information to your signature that will be included in all sent notifications.

Yes, you can send a quick notification to a group. If all their emails are in one row, you can send an email to the entire group. It's important to note that this method sends one email to all recipients together, rather than sending individual emails to each user.
