In this section, you can customize the branding for your PDF exports, including the design of the front and last pages, as well as the footers and headers. These branding settings are managed exclusively by the Primary Account Holder, ensuring consistent branding across all PDFs exported by other IB users within your organization. Once set, the selected branding elements—such as logos, colors, and any custom messages—will automatically be applied to all relevant documents, maintaining a professional and cohesive look. For assistance with these settings, please reach out to your IntelliBoard administrator.

To access PDF Settings:

  1. Login to your IntelliBoard Pro account and click on your Avatar to display a drop down menu.

  2. Select “Manage Your IntelliBoard Account”

  3. Click the “PDF Setting” tab.

  4. Select your paper size and page orientation. Then select where you would like your brand to appear in a pdf. Use the arrow drop downs to customize the look. A preview will populated below in the PDF Preview.
