Personalizing Dataset Thumbnails

IntelliBoard Pro enables users with Builder permissions to customize the thumbnail images of their datasets in the "My Datasets" and "Library" sections. This feature allows organizations to brand their datasets uniquely, enhancing visual identification and coherence.

• Default Datasets: All default library datasets provided by IntelliBoard will display the image set by IntelliBoard.

• Custom Datasets: Cloned datasets and those built by the organization can be personalized with custom thumbnail images.

By leveraging this feature, your organization can maintain a consistent brand identity across all datasets.

To Personalize a Dataset Thumbnail:

1. Navigate to the Dataset you want to personalize. The dataset must be an organizational built dataset or clone of IntelliBoard default dataset.

2. Click the “Edit” button to open Builder.

3. Click the dataset name or the edit icon next to the name.

4. A pop up will appear where you can edit the name and description of the dataset. Below the description box is the “Preview” box. Click “Choose File” button to upload your image.

5. Choose the file and click the “Save and Continue” button.

6. Your image should now be the thumbnail for that dataset.
