Add an SFTP Connection

IntelliBoard Pro allows you to create a SFTP Connection to import data automatically from another system. Only your administrator has access to add an SFTP Connection. Contact your administrator for more information.

To add an SFTP Connection:
At least one SFTP location must be set up prior to the InForm import

  1. In your IntelliBoard Pro account, click your avatar in the top right hand corner.

  2. Select “Manage Connections.”

  3. The “Connections” Page will open. Click the “SFTP” buttonScreenshot 2024-03-19 165338.png next to “Processing History” in the top right corner of the connections list.

  4. Click “Add Connection” button Screenshot 2024-03-19 165246.png in the top right hand corner.

  5. Fill out the SFTP form and click “Save.”

It encrypts both the commands and data being transferred, ensuring that sensitive information remains confidential during transmission.

If you are operating behind a firewall, ensure that IntelliBoard’s IPs are added to your whitelist. For assistance or to obtain the necessary IP addresses, please contact our support team at helpdesk@intelliboard.net.

No, IntelliBoard’s SFTP functionality supports connections exclusively through the standard port 22. Custom ports are not supported at this time.
