Upload and Delete an Avatar

An avatar is an image associated to the IntelliBoard User account. If added, the avatar will replace the blue circle with your initials in the top right corner. It is not required.

To upload a new avatar or delete an existing avatar in your IntelliBoard Pro account:

Login to your IntelliBoard Pro account and click on your Avatar to display a drop down menu.
Select “Manage Your IntelliBoard Account”
Click the blue “Edit” button next to your name to open “Edit Profile”
Next to “My Avatar” click either “Select Avatar.”
Upload the image you wish to use as your avatar from your computer.
Click “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the screen.
You can also delete your avatar by selecting the “Delete Avatar” button. It will return your avatar to your initials.

Your avatar may be in PNG or JPG format and should not exceed 1000px x 1000px.

Follow the same instructions and click the delete button and then save.

The Primary Account Holder or someone with Admin Permissions can edit Avatars for IntelliBoard Users. From your avatar, navigate to the “Manage IB Users.” Under the “Actions” column next to the IB User’s name, click the three dots and click “Edit.” You can now upload or delete that IB User’s avatar.
