Two-Factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to your account by requiring more than just a password to log in. Each time you sign in to your IntelliBoard Account, you'll validate your access with an additional step.

To enable Two-Factor Authentication in your IntelliBoard Pro Account:

  1. Login to your IntelliBoard Pro account and click on your Avatar to display a drop down menu.

  2. Select “Manage Your IntelliBoard Account”

  3. Scroll down to “Security Settings” and click “Edit Security Settings.”

  4. You will be directed to confirm your password to open the Security Settings.

  5. The top section is “Two-Factor Authentication Set Up” turn on the toggle for one of three options:

An authentication code will be sent to the registered email of the account. This option is not recommended as it's less secure since both your email account and your IntelliBoard account can be accessed from your computer.
