As an Administrator, you're in charge of the entire IntelliBoard Lite system. This guide will help you set up connections, and set up Instructor and Learner Dashboards, and set permissions.

IntelliBoard Lite Plugin, Installation, and Connection

IntelliBoard Lite utilizes a plugin for installation. Follow the instructions in the articles below to download and install the IntelliBoard Lite Plugin, Configure Moodle, and Connect IntelliBoard to Moodle LMS.

SSO Links

Set up a Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication process to allow users to log in once and gain access to multiple connected systems or services without needing to re-enter their credentials each time they switch between applications.

Default Reports

IntelliBoard Lite comes with several default reports to help you monitor and improve learner engagement and performance. Apply filters to narrow down the data to specific courses, dates, or learner groups. Sorting options allow you to arrange data based on various metrics, such as highest to lowest grades or most to least engaged learners.

Time Tracking in Reports

IntelliBoard Lite offer Time Tracking in reports to measure proof of engagement such as a mouse click, movement, or keystroke.

Dashboards

IntelliBoard Lite offers specialized dashboards for Admins, Instructors, and Learners to provide targeted insights:

Admin Dashboard: This dashboard aggregates data across all departments and courses, helping admins monitor overall LMS usage, and track engagement trends.

Instructor Dashboard: Instructors can use this dashboard to gain an aggregate view of all learners in their courses, understand which students are at risk, and track engagement in course activities. The dashboard provides data-driven insights to help improve teaching strategies and learner outcomes.

Learner Dashboard: This dashboard allows learners to track their own progress, grades and more to enhance their learning experience. It helps learners stay on top of their educational journey and identify areas where they may need to improve.

Monitors

IntelliBoard Lite Monitors offer a comprehensive visual display of your LMS data, allowing for easy monitoring and analysis. These tools empower administrators, instructors, and learners with up-to-date insights, helping to track engagement, identify at-risk users, and support educational goals efficiently.

Sharing Reports

IntelliBoard Lite allows you to share reports with colleagues and stakeholders. Use the export function to download reports in various formats, such as PDF, Excel, or CSV and distribute them as needed.
