The Admin Dashboard turns on automatically after successfully creating a connection between your LMS and IntelliBoard. The Administrator will be able to review the site-wide data.

Confirming your Subscription

From the ADMINISTRATION block in your LMS system, click through the following: Site Administration > Plugins > Local plugins > IntelliBoard.net Plugin > Settings

Subscription: Ensure the email that is associated with the IntelliBoard.Net subscription is correctly entered.  Click "Save changes" in your LMS system.

Navigating to your Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard in your LMS system can be found under Site Administration > IntelliBoard > Dashboard

  1. Admin Dashboard 
    To access, from your NAVIGATION block in your LMS system click on Site Administration > IntelliBoard > Dashboard. NOTE: If you do not have access to the dashboard please log in directly to the IntelliBoard (app.intelliboard.net), go to Settings + Options > Servers > [Connection] and re-save the connection.

  2. Monitors
    When you make monitor sets visible inside the Admin Dashboard, they'll appear in this drop-down.
    NOTE: Monitor settings that were made inside the IntelliBoard will be applied both on the Dashboard and visa versa.

  3. Reports
    When you make reports visible inside the Admin Dashboard, they'll appear in this drop-down.
    NOTE: Report settings that were made inside the IntelliBoard will be applied both on the Dashboard and visa versa.

    Quick navigation to the IntelliBoard is closer then you think! Enable it and you'll always be able to go to the IntelliBoard without logging in. Adding a SSO link to Moodle

  6. User Enrollment, Session and Completion Activity Levels
    Line chart that displays 3 graphs comparing enrollment to courses (yellow line), user sessions inside the LMS (blue line), and course completions (red line). If you hover over points, additional information about the exact number of enrollments, sessions or completions will be showed.

 Daily: Data will be showed by the day.

Weekly: Data will be showed by the week.

  1. LMS Totals
    Monitor displays total numbers of LMS contant (active). 

  2. User Site Summary Detail
    The box displays cumulative user's activity in the LMS system by all courses.

  3. Course Enrollment Types
    Monitor is a pie chart that displays the methods by which users were enrolled in a course filtered by specific date range. 

10. Users Map
Monitor displays the users' locations as noted in the users' profile country fields. The bottom bar represents the possible color options of the map parts depending on the users number. If you hover over a country, you will see additional information about the name of the country, and the number of LMS users from this country.

11. Course Enrollments with Completion Overview
The box displays user's participation in the course.
