Report: Inactive Users in Courses

Description:

Identifies users who have not accessed a course within a specific timeframe, regardless of role. It includes Last Course Access, Last Participation, and Last System Login Dates for additional context. Used by LMS admins, managers, and leadership to monitor at-risk engagement across all user types. It also supports notifications for both inactive learners and instructors who may need to take action. 

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Managers: Can use this report to track employee engagement in required training courses and intervene when participation drops.

Leadership: Can use this report to identify trends in course engagement across departments and implement strategies to improve overall participation.

LMS Administrators: Can use this report to monitor user activity across multiple courses, identify patterns of inactivity, and implement strategies to enhance user retention and overall course effectiveness.

This report can also be sent to learners' advisors, coaches, parents, or managers to provide further instances of intervention and support.

Header Data:
Total Users: Shows the total number of non-unique inactive users in the report. This number adjusts based on filters used within the report.
