Report: Course Stats

Description:

Provides summary statistics for each course—including average grade, activity count, ungraded submissions, learner count, and total time spent. Designed for Registrars and Leadership, it offers a high-level snapshot of course progress to drive timely, data-driven decisions. Filterable by course name, category, format, instructors, average grade, and completion date.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Academic Leadership: Can use to assess overall course performance and engagement, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for course and curriculum improvements.

Registrars: Can use the report to ensure accurate course records, monitor course activity and enrollment statistics, and support compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.

Total number of submitted activities that have not been graded

Total number of learners in a course with active enrollment status.
