Description:

Delivers key metrics on course design and delivery for Leadership, LMS Admins, and Instructional Designers to track performance, identify trends and improve outcomes. It includes average grade, progress, DFW rate, activity scores and counts, enrollments, time spent, visits, and participation. It can be filtered by course name, format, status, and start date.

Academic Leadership and LMS Administrators: Can use this report to overview all courses within a category or within a specific period of time to ensure courses are ready for an upcoming term and contact instructors as needed.

Total Courses: Total number of unique courses in the report.

Average Activities: Average number of unique activities in the report.

Average Quizzes: Average number of unique quizzes in course in the report.

Average Forums: Average number of unique forums in courses displayed.

Average Assignments: Average number of unique assignment in the report.

Average Pages: Average number of unique pages in courses in the report.

Average Participants: Average number of participants per course in the report

Calculated by IntelliBoard based in LMS data. Counts users with learner LMS role with D course grade + Learners with F course grade + withdrawn ones divided by a total number of learners in a course. Represented as a percentage

In this report it is the average progress of all users in the course.

The average percentage grade score of all learners on all Assignments

The average percentage grade score of all learners on all Quizzes

The average percentage grade score of all learners on all Forums/Discussions.

Hidden Columns in Report: (Columns can be shown or hidden by sliding the corresponding toggle in the columns menu.)

Display name for the course section (a group of students enrolled in common course content)
