Report: Course Summary Overview

Description: This report provides an overview of data about courses and course design, including course creation, start and end date (as available per platform), assigned instructors, the number of activities, counts of common types of activities, and total access to courses.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Administrators: Can use this report to overview all courses within a category or within a specific period of time to ensure courses are ready for an upcoming term and contact instructors as needed.

Instructors: Can use this report to see an overview of courses assigned to them to ensure courses are ready for the upcoming term and manage course preparation work.

Header Data:
These data fields update when filters are applied.

Total Courses: Total number of unique courses in the report.

Average Forums: Average number of unique forums in courses displayed.

Average Participants: Average number of participants per course in the report

Average Assignment: Average number of unique assignment in the report.

Average Activities: Average number of unique activities in the report.

Average Pages: Average number of unique pages in courses in the report.

Average Quizzes: Average number of unique quizzes in course in the report.
