Description:

The Learner Course Progress Monitoring report tracks students' scores, progress, and activity in courses, with risk benchmarks set at 0-59%, 60-69%, and 70+%. This report is designed to help instructors, advisors, athletic coaches, and financial aid teams monitor academic progress and identify students who may need additional support. It provides insights into learners' engagement and performance, enabling targeted interventions and support to enhance academic success.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructors: Can use this report to track each student’s progress in courses to tailor teaching approaches and provide support if necessary.

Advisors: Can use this report to review student progress across courses to offer personalized guidance and interventions.

Academic Leadership: Can use this report to swiftly pinpoint students at risk by tracking scores, progress, and activity against defined benchmarks, thereby enabling the deployment of targeted interventions and support across departments to drive academic success.

Financial Aid: Can use this report to identify students at academic risk based on their course performance benchmarks, enabling proactive support and tailored interventions to help maintain eligibility and ensure continued financial assistance.

Header Data:

These fields update when filters are utilized.

Course Grade 0-59%: Displays the total number of learners whose course grade is below 60%

Course Grade 60-69%: Displays the total number of learners whose course grade is 60 - 69%

Course Grade 70%+: Displays the total number of learners whose course grade is 70% or higher.

Detail Button:

The details button links to the Learner Success Dashboard for a more detailed viewed.

Columns in Report:
Column Data Descriptions can also be found in the Data Dictionary in the help bar of IntelliBoard

Percent difference between Learner’s course grade and the average grade of all students enrolled in the course. Green percentages indicate a positive difference, red percentages indicate a negative difference.

Hidden Columns in Report: (Columns can be shown or hidden by sliding the corresponding toggle in the columns menu.)

Shows total number of completed activities in relation to total number of required activities.

Displays 1 if learner’s course grade is within this percentage range, displays 0 if not. This is used for the header data field counts.
