User Access Analytic

Description: The User Access Analytic report displays when courses are used within the selected date range. Data is shown for each day of the week for the selected roles.

Report Filters:

Courses selection: Select only the course or courses you wish to view

Role: Filter Report to show only specific user roles

Date Filter: Located in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to filter results by: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, This Year, Last Year, and More Preset Dates, and Custom.

Report:
Vertical Axis: Number of Visits to Course(s)

Horizontal Axis: Days of the week

Color Key: Divides days of the week columns by time. Light blue=12am-6am, Orange=5pm-12am, Green=12pm-5pm, Dark Blue=6am-12pm. This data is displayed in a report below the bar chart with aggregate totals.
