User Status

Description: The User Status report provides an overview of user statuses within courses. It includes data such as user enrollment and completion statuses, time spent in courses, learner scores, and the last access date for each user. The report offers various filtering options, including the IntelliBoard date filter located in the upper-right corner for customized data views.

Open

Report Filters:

Search Bar: Searches any columns that have the search function enabled. Confirm columns are included in the search under “Personalize Report” button.

Cohorts: Display only the Cohort group(s) you wish in the report

Courses selection: Select only the course or courses you wish to view

Filter by: Enrollment Date, Completion Date, or Time Spent

Completion Status: Filters report to show only users in specific completion statuses: Completed, Incomplete, or All.

Role: Filter Report to show only specific user roles

Date Filter: Located in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to filter results by: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, This Year, Last Year, and More Preset Dates, and Custom.
