Report: Learner Statistics by Module and Activity

Description: This multilevel report displays summary statistics for each learner in a course, organized by Module/Topic/Week and Activity. A course must be selected to display results. For each learner, the , number of views, participations, total time spent, and most recent grade are displayed. The report can be filtered by activity status. Course is a required filter that must be set for report to display.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructors: Can use the report to evaluate individual student performance and engagement across different modules and activities, helping to identify students who may need additional support or adjustments in instruction.

Managers: Can use the report to assess employee learning and engagement in training programs.

Academic Advisors: Can use the report to monitor student progress and involvement in their courses, providing insights into areas where students may require additional guidance or academic support.

Coaches: Can use the report to analyze engagement and performance by tracking views, participations, and time spent on modules, allowing for early interventions to ensure eligibility.
