Forum Post Replies

Description: The Forum Post Replies report displays Forum by course and includes details of the last post per discussion.

Report Filters:

Search Bar: Searches any columns that have the search function enabled. Confirm columns are included in the search under “Personalize Report” button.

Courses selection: Select only the course or courses you wish to view

Show: Moodle (Core) Forum or Advanced (HSU) Forum

Date Filter: Two date filters for the circle charts are located in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to filter results by: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, This Year, Last Year, and More Preset Dates, and Custom.

Columns in Report:

Name of Post in the discussion

Full name of user who posted the post. It is a clickable link to the user’s learning progress in the course.

Time elapsed from the creation of the post to the reply. If no reply has been added to a post, this field remains empty.

Full name of user who replied to this post
