Collaborate Course Attendance Details

Description: The Collaborate Course Attendance Details report displays the participant attendance statuses in the sessions.

Report Filters:

Search Bar: Searches any columns that have the search function enabled. Confirm columns are included in the search under “Personalize Report” button.

Cohort: Filter report to show only the Cohort or Cohorts you wish to view

Courses selection: Select only the course or courses you wish to view

Date Filter: Two date filters for the circle charts are located in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to filter results by: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, This Year, Last Year, and More Preset Dates, and Custom.

Columns in Report:

Name of the Collaborate Session

Total number of users enrolled who were absent from session

Total number of users enrolled who were late to the session

Total number of users enrolled who were on time to the session

Shows the percent of change in attendance of participants who were absent for the previous session when compared to this session

Shows the percent of change in attendance of participants who were late for the previous session when compared to this session

Shows the percent of change in attendance of participants who were on time for the previous session when compared to this session
