Collaborate Student Participation Report

Description: Collaborate Student Participation Report shows the participation of individual learners within a specific course including session attendance represented as a pie graph, time spent in session represented as a bar graph, and a report that breaks down the information in a per session format.

Report Filters:

Courses selection: Select only the course you wish to view

User: Select only the user or learner who’s participation you wish to view

Date Filter: Two date filters for the circle charts are located in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to filter results by: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, This Year, Last Year, and More Preset Dates, and Custom.

Columns in Report:

Name of the session

The date and time the user join a session. If a user has not attended a session, this field remains empty.

The date and time the user left a session. If a user has not attended a session, this field remains empty.
