Expired Certificates

Description: The Expired Certificates report displays expirations, and can be filtered using the +/- control.

Open

Report Filters:

Search Bar: Searches any columns that have the search function enabled. Confirm columns are included in the search under “Personalize Report” button.

Cohort: Filter report to show only the Cohort or Cohorts you wish to view

Certificates: Filter report to show “Standard Certificates” or “Custom Certificates”

Days from Issue: Filter to show status of certificates based on days since certificate was issued. i.e. select 365 days for certificates that must be issued yearly to find users who need new certification

Date Filter: Two date filters for the circle charts are located in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to filter results by: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, This Year, Last Year, and More Preset Dates, and Custom.
