Collaborate Attendance Overview Analytics

Description: Collaborate Attendance Overview Analytics shows an overview of Blackboard’s Collaborate Attendance as time spent in selected courses during a set period of time as a bar graph. The report below breaks down the information further for more detailed information on user time spent.

Report Filters:

Cohort: Filter report to show only the Cohort or Cohorts you wish to view

Courses selection: Select only the course or courses you wish to view

Date Filter: Two date filters for the circle charts are located in the top right corner, use the drop down menu to filter results by: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, This Year, Last Year, and More Preset Dates, and Custom.

Columns in Report:

Name of the Collaborate Session

Date and start time for the session

Date and end time for the session

Time participant joined the session

Time participant left the session

In this case, activity is Collaborate session.

Number of times participant rejoined the session. Will display as 0 if participant did not leave and rejoin.
