Attendance and Grades per Activity

Description: The Attendance and Grades per Activity report displays individual learners with his/her specific Attendance activities, with enrollment, grade and dates.

Report Filters:

Search Bar: Searches any columns that have the search function enabled. Confirm columns are included in the search under “Personalize Report” button.

Courses selection: Select only the course or courses you wish to view

Columns in Report:

Name of Activity as in InAttendance. May appear simple as “Attendance.”

Time stamp of when Attendance was last taken or will appear as “Not Submitted.”

Number of sessions that occurred on the date

Displays user's final grade with maximum grade in the activity

Percentage of User’s attendance in Course
