Report: Quiz Question Analysis

Description: This report provides detailed information about learner responses to quiz questions, including the quiz name, question name, question type, number of responses submitted to the question, and the percentage of submitted responses that were correct. It can be filtered by category and course, by quiz/question, by quiz due date, by question type, and by percentage answered correctly.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructor: Can use the Quiz Question Analysis Report to identify which quiz questions are challenging for learners, allowing them to adjust instruction, provide additional resources, or revise poorly performing questions.

Managers: Can use this report to evaluate the overall effectiveness of quizzes across courses, helping to ensure consistency in assessment quality and to identify trends in learner performance that may require curriculum adjustments.

Header Data:

Quizzes: Total number of quizzes displayed in the report

Questions: Total number of questions in all quizzes displayed in the report

Average Responses Per Question: The average number of responses to questions in the quizzes displayed in the report
Average Percentage Correct: The average percent of correct answers to questions in the quizzes displayed in the report

Columns in Report:

Classifies quiz items as Low, Medium, or High difficulty based on the percentage of students who answered correctly: Low (≥80%), Medium (31-79%), High (≤30%).

Hidden Columns in Report: (Columns can be shown or hidden by sliding the corresponding toggle in the columns menu.)

Report Filters:

You must select a quiz in the Quiz Name Filter to utilize the Questions filter.

You must select a a course in the Category/Course filter to utilize Quiz Name filter.

Filters report to show results within a range of percent of correct responses to the quiz/question.
