Report: URO/FTE Verification

Description:

Used by LMS Administrators to verify unique learner counts in the connected system for IntelliBoard subscription purposes. Learners may appear multiple times if enrolled in different terms or sub-accounts, but only unique users are counted in the total.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Systems Administrators: Can use the URO/FTE Verification Report to ensure accurate subscription and licensing tracking.

Header Data:

This data updates when filters are utilized.

Total Users: Displays the total number of Unique Users represented in the report.

Columns in Report:
Column Data Descriptions can also be found in the Data Dictionary in the help bar of IntelliBoard

Number of courses that user is currently enrolled with an active Learner role.
