Report: Users Progress

Description: Provides overall user details about total users' courses and percentage completed. Also Shows Last access date, Total users visits and Time Spent

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Deans: Can use the report to monitor the overall progress and engagement of students across courses, evaluate completion rates and time spent on coursework, and assess the frequency of user visits to identify patterns or areas needing improvement in academic performance and learner support.

Header Data:

This data updates when filters are utilized.

Average Courses Per User: Average number of courses per user displayed in the report

Total Users: Total number of users displayed in the report

Average User Progress: The average overall progress of users displayed in the report.

Columns in Report:
Column Data Descriptions can also be found in the Data Dictionary in the help bar of IntelliBoard

In this instance, it is the average progress of User in all courses.
