Report: User Course Enrollment Verification

Description: Leverage the User Course Enrollment Verification dataset to confirm users system-level details and their corresponding course enrollments. This dataset can be used as the Distribution List within the Notification Creator. Grey columns represent system level information; blue columns represent course level information.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Registrars: Can use the User Course Enrollment Verification report to verify and update learner enrollment records and system-level details for accurate academic records.

LMS Admin: Can use the report to ensure that user system details and course enrollments are correctly aligned, facilitating effective system management and troubleshooting.

Financial Aid: Can use the report to confirm learners' course enrollments against their system records to validate eligibility and disbursements.

Header Data:

This data updates when filters are utilized.

Total User: Displays the total number of users displayed in the report.

Columns in Report:
Column Data Descriptions can also be found in the Data Dictionary in the help bar of IntelliBoard

Hidden Columns in Report: (Columns can be shown or hidden by sliding the corresponding toggle in the columns menu.)

Returns “Yes” or “No” to whether the user’s role has been assigned to the role of IB Instructor.

Returns “Yes” or “No” to whether the user’s role has been assigned to the role of IB Learner.

Report Filters:

Filters report to show only results of users with a particular status, i.e. “Active” or “Inactive.”

Filters report to show only results of those users enrolled in the course by a specific enrollment type, i.e. “IntelliCart,” “Cohort,” “Manual,” or “Self.”
