Report: Recent Activity

Description: This report summarizes activity by participants in courses, filtered by a date range. It can be filtered by course, user name, and role.

Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructors: Can use the Recent Activity Report to see student activity statistics summarized to make sure students are engaging with the course.

Header Data:

Average Visits: Average number of visits to courses in the report

Average Days Visited: Average number of days users visited courses in the report

Average Visits Per Day: Average number of visits per day by users in the courses in the report

Columns in Report:
Column Data Descriptions can also be found in the Data Dictionary in the help bar of IntelliBoard

Total number of days user has visited course

Percentage of days during the specified period when the user visited the course

Number of days passed since date of last access to the course
