Notifications Settings can be found under the IntelliCart “Settings” tab or under Site Administration, click Plugins, Local Plugin, and IntelliCart. Scroll past “General Settings” to “Notifications.”

 1. Send Checkout Notification Copy To

Add an email address to this box whom you want to send a copy of the checkout email (an email clients get when their invoice purchasing is approved).

NOTE: Only one email can be added here.

 2. Hide Not Replaced Tags of Notifications

Enable this box so that notification tags that can't be replaced by user/order information will be hidden in the email sent.

 3. Send Invoice Rejected Notification

Enable this box so that clients will get a notification if their invoice purchasing is rejected.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart rejected invoice notification.

 4. Send Review Notification Message

Enable this box so that admin (or a person who can approve reviews) will get a notification if new product review comes.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart new review notification.

 5. Send New Comment Notification Message

Enable this box so that person who added a review for a product will get a notification someone left a comment for it.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart new comment notification.

 6. Send Checkout Pending Notification Message

Enable this box so that person who has product orders that are waiting for payments will get a notification about it.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Checkout Pending notification.

 7. Pending Period

Add the number of weeks/days/hours/minutes/seconds (it's up to you!) after which a person who has pending products in a cart will get a notification about it.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Checkout Pending notification.

 8. Send Order In Cart Notification Message

Enable this box so that person who has pending products in a cart will get a notification about it. Message is sent to user only one per Order ID with payment status “in cart” (could be checked on Sales > All Sales page).

NOTE: This works with an IntelliCart Reminders scheduled task that runs every 5 min, so wait In Cart period (see setting below) + 5 min, and then check inbox.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Order In Cart notification.

 9. In Cart Period

Add the number of weeks/days/hours/minutes/seconds (it's up to you!) after which a person who has pending products in a cart will get a notification about it.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Order In Cart notification.

 10. Send Free Checkout Notification

Enable this box so that clients will get a IntelliCart checkout notification even if product's price was $0.

 11. Send Product Checkout Instructor Notification

Enable this box so that instructors will get a notification when clients buys product where instructor(s) was assigned to.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart product Checkout instructor notification.

 12. Send Session Checkout Instructor Notification

Enable this box so that instructors will get a notification when clients buys session where instructor(s) was assigned to.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart session Checkout instructor notification.

 13. Send Checkout Instance Notification

NOTE: This notification works only with gift cards now.

Enable this box so that a person who buys a gift card will get a notification about this.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Checkout Instance notification.

 14. Send Refund Notification

Enable this box so that clients will get a notification when the refund for their order was done.

NOTE: This relates to the Refund notification.

 15. Send Application Pre-approval Request Instructor Notification

Enable this box so that admin (or a person who can approve requests) will get a notification when requests for the application pre-approval comes. NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Application Pre-approval Request manager notification.

 16. Not Send Application Pre-approval Request Approved Notification (to User)

Enable this box so that clients won't get a notification when their application pre-approval request is approved. NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Application Pre-approval Request approved notification.

 17. Send Payment Errors to User (Customer)

Enable this box so that clients will get a notification when there is a payment error happened during their product purchasing.

NOTE: This relates to the IntelliCart Payment Errors Notification (for customers).

 18. Send Payment Initiated But Not Yet Complete Message

Enable this box so that clients will get a notification when used a Braintree payment gateway for purchasing, and their payment was initiated, but not yet complete on the payment gateway side.

 19. Send IntelliCart Manually "Custom Invoice Notification"

Enable this box to add a extra action called Send custom notification to Sales > Invoices tab that will allow admins and managers to send customized notifications to users about their orders.
