titleHow do I ensure IB Users have new datasets published by IntelliBoard and my Organization?

Some of your users need one or two dashboards, and you don't need them to see the new items released by IntelliBoard or your organization.  Your data team, however, can get all of the new things automatically to their Library (without you having to add them!).

Click on "Auto-Assign All Datasets" and “Auto-Assign All Calculations” when creating or editing an Org Role. Enabling "Auto-Assign All Datasets" to allow all future datasets released by IntelliBoard and your Organization to be automatically assigned and updated to the Org Role.  Recommended for those with Visual Builder permissions.
