An Organizational Role serves as a predefined set of datasets and account permissions tailored for a particular group or role within an organization. These roles are subsequently assigned to IB Users. Examples of Organizational Roles may include, but aren't restricted to: Instructor Organizational Role, Learner Organizational Role, Course Admin Organizational Role, and All Access Organizational Role.
To access Org Roles:
Login to your IntelliBoard Pro account and click on your Avatar to display a drop down menu.
Select “Manage IB Org Roles” to access IB User page

Manage IB Organizational Roles
Search: Searches all Org Roles by name. Type in the full or partial name of org role you are looking for.
Go to IB Users: Link to the IB User management page for quick access.
Create IB Org Role: Opens form to create a new IB Org Role. Name the role and determine the LMS connections, account permissions, and datasets that anyone with that Org role will have.
IB Org Role Name: All created Org Role names
IB User Count: The number of users currently assigned to that Org Role.
IB Org Role ID: This column displays a unique identifier assigned to each Org Role in the system. It provides a way to differentiate between users.
Creation Date: Displays the date the Org Role was created.
Status: This column displays the current status of the role, indicating whether it is active or inactive. An active role has access to the relevant datasets. An inactive role does not allow access to the relevant resources.
Actions: Click to edit the Org Role. Clickto clone the Org Role for quick Org Role creations. Clickto delete the Org Role.
