Report: Learner Quiz Question Details

Description:

Reports quiz question responses for each learner along with question score and difficulty. Used by instructors to review quiz performance details per learner. May be filtered by learner, course, quiz, and question.

Learner

User’s first and last name

Course

Friendly name (or everyday name) for the course. This is not attached to the URL for the course in the LMS. It is useful when downloading a report as .csv or .xlsx file.

Quiz

Friendly name (everyday name) for the quiz

Question Name

Name of the quiz question

Question Text

Text of the question

Question Type

This column specifies the type or format of each quiz question, such as multiple-choice, true/false, short answer, essay, etc.

Learner Answer Given

Answer given by learner to a specific quiz question. If multiple choice, includes the text of the response.

Correct/Incorrect

Indicates wether user answer to a specific quiz question was correct or incorrect

Learner Question Score

Percentage of correctness of the learner response to this quiz question

Question Difficulty Level

Categorizes quiz items as "Low", "Medium" or "High" difficulty based on the percentage of students who answered the item correctly.

High risk for students scoring below 30%
Medium risk for students scoring between 30% and 79%
Low risk for students scoring 80% or above
