Description: Provides snapshots of daily summaries of risk to learners in courses. Can be filtered by courses and categories, date range, and the number of learners at risk per course on a given day. This report utilizes Risk Points. Learn more about Risk Points with our Guide to Risk Points

Snapshot Date
Date of the Snapshot of the course, used in determining At Risk using Risk Points.
Course
Friendly name (or everyday name) for the course. This is not attached to the URL for the course in the LMS. It is useful when downloading a report as .csv or .xlsx file.
Learners
Total number of users with learner roles that are enrolled in a course.
Learners At Risk
Total number of learners currently At Risk in a course.
Average Course Grade
The average grade of students in the class, determined by taking the average of all current grades in the course
Average Activities/Day
The average of completed Activities per Day for all learners in this course as calculated on the snapshot date
Average Progress/Points
The average percentage of activities learners have completed in this course on the date of this snapshot
Average Participations
Average number of times users participated in the course
Total Participations
The number of participations in a given activity within a course over time (as calculated by IntelliBoard), where "participations" are submissions by the student of content for feedback
Average Visits
The average number of times all learners have visited this course, on the day of this snapshot
Total Visits
The number of visits to the course by the User. In this report, it is the total number of visits to the course by all Learners.
Average Time Spent
Average amount of time spent per user in course
Total Time Spent
The total time spent by all learners in the course.

Course Start Date
Date for the scheduled start of the course
