Description: This crosstab report provides a count of each activity type per course. Results may be filtered by course name and by category and by activity type.
Roles that may benefit from this report:
Instructional Designer: Can use the Course Activity Counts to see how many activities of each type have been used in a set of courses to see how much variety there is in activity type per course.
Columns in Report:
Column Data Descriptions can also be found in the Data Dictionary in the help bar of IntelliBoard
Course
Friendly name (or everyday name) for the course. This is not attached to the URL for the course in the LMS. It is useful when downloading a report as .csv or .xlsx file.
All Activities
Total number of activities in course, determined by sum of unique Activities ID.
Activity Types Names
The subsequent columns are populated with Activity Names with total count of that specific activity in each course listed
