Description: The Inactive Users in Course(s) report combine Inactive Users and Inactive Users by Course reports. The peculiarity of this report is that there are filters by course and activity and filter for inactivity. There are learner and course profiles as an addition.
Report Filters:
Search Bar: Searches any columns that have the search function enabled
Cohorts: Display only the Cohort group(s) you wish in the report
Courses selection: Select only the course or courses you wish to view
Number of Days Inactive: Filter Report based on the number of Inactive Days: 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 30, or 90
Completion Status: Filter report based on the completion status of user: Complete or Incomplete
Columns in Report:
Email
User’s Primary Email Address as entered in the LMS. In IntelliBoard Pro, it displays as a clickable mailto link that automatically opens a new email in your default email client and prefills the “to” email address.
Cohorts
Friendly name (everyday name) for the cohort
First Access
Date of the user’s first access of the LMS
Last Access Date
Date of the user’s most recent access of the LMS
Course
Course name as it appears in the LMS system. It is a clickable link to the course page in the LMS. You must be logged in the LMS to have access.
Completed Activities
Total number of activities user has completed.
Country
User’s country of residence.
Degree
Type of Degree User is pursuing. ie. PhD, Associate, Bachelor, High School, etc
Ethnic Group
User’s self identified ethnic group if available
Full Time/Part Time
User’s student status, Full Time or Part Time, if available
Gender
User’s self identified gender, if available
